Evercade

Marketing Animation for a new and exciting retro hand held console. We created all 3d models and animation and rendered it all with a retro stylised look. We even created the opening title screen when you turn it on . Now that's cool !

IQGEO

Product & service Animation. A client of DragonLight Films needed content during the pandemic. It was supposed to be a shoot with a different narrative but we offered up 3d animation as an alternative and they loved it and are now looking for more!

protiviti

Event Animation . protiviti had a huge event planned and were looking for the best animation solution they could find while also needing a creative solution for their financial business . Not the easiest brief but we turned their script into an abstract super awesome world

Aggregate Ind

Product Animation. Aggregate industries needed a 3d animation so that they could show their various products used in the construction industry mainly for damp proofing concrete . here we show how 3d animation can really shine when we cut away the concrete to reveal the product inside . This video is referred to from many clients wanting something simular.

Ramtech/full rotation

Product & Services Animation. ramtech create emergency detection systems and required a video to showcase some of their products and applications.

Christie

CGI Stills. Christie manufactures high end cinema projectors.With offices all over the world they need high end high resolution images of their product range for use online and at large events where they are printed on banners and stands.we do lots of these

Virgin Media/Mark One Group

Virgin Media TV Sport Ident. In conjunction with mark one group we created this super cool super atmospheric screen arena in 3d.The screens actually light the arena from the footage supplied . really enjoyed creating some dynamic camera angles and shots in this.

Virgin Media

TV Idents . one of many tv idents created for virgin media tv in ireland. these are part of a whole branding package designed by mark walters creative director at mark one group. strangebox dealt with all 3d animation including titles, bumpers, stings and idents. a huge project and great fun to work on.

Virgin

News Titles. virgin news titles as part of a larger branding project from mark one group. we created this futuristic center for news data . we delivered a package where the designers of the show can swap out footage for each of the screens whenever they need to.

Inflatables/full rotation

TV Commercial for a chinese energy product called 'move free' aimed at the elderly. this was a fun project. the inflatable characters are completely simulated as opposed to animated. simulations are one thing, art directing them to do what you want is another thing. we got there.

Honda

Honda Car commercial.Worked on this with Sadington and Baynes in conjunction with London Icon creating many of the 3d elements tracked onto the original Honda Civic to make it look like a Type R, including bonnet, side vents, skirts, wheels, spoilers, lights, track elements such as graffiti chevrons, barriers all made to create the illusion of the Nuremberg track.

Bacterial Gloves

Product animation. Anti microbial gloves have been designed by Hartalega who required an animation showing the process of manufacture and some macro level animation to show what goes into the science behind it.

Club La Costa

VR 360 Architectural Visualisation. This is a full on 360 degree vr 3d video experience working on vr headsets, mobile phones and online.this was a huge project. rendered at 4k and 60 frames per second with over 16 thousand frames of rendering.we built the entire area from scratch ! make sure to change the video settings to 4k . this video is very compressed for the internet but try it out on your mobile phone and move around!

Top Gear

TV Commercial vfx for BBC. BBc approached us to create the words topgear from the dust that comes from the buggy. A great promo for topgear and I was very happy to work on this being a big fan.we used a maya fluid simulation for this.

Boux Avenue

Removal & Replacement. Alpha century got in touch to get us to remove, replace and digitally enhance loads of shots in this commercial for Boux avenue. we removed gum from the ground, dust from faces and hair, replaced entire buildings (behind complex hair)removed rubbish from the street, bins, a huge list and loads of fun. a really lovely commercial to look at. (i mean that in a professional sense as in its well shot)

Baylis & Harding

Tv Commercial vfx.baylis and harding come to us every year to update their christmas tv commercial. what most dont know is that every year we show products that have been replaced with new products that we photograph here, digitally touch up and composite into the footage which can be tricky as the products change in size each year. the film was shot once some years ago and we replace the products every year using pure magic
